Please consider a different workflow when annual subscriptions fail. I had an expired credit card on file and when my subscription couldn't auto-renew, every client website using WP Care Plan was reverted back to the traditional WordPress dashboard. I discovered this because a client went to her dashboard and was unable to submit a Web Care Request. She said, "Your face and the form I use is missing from my dashboard." 🙂 - In a panic, I had to manually log into several websites to reactivate the license after I resolved the credit card issue inside my WP Care Plan account. When I've encountered that scenario with other premium plugins, the plugin still works, I'm just not eligible for premium support and automatic updates (fixes & improvements) to the plugin. At the very least, a grace period with a heads-up would be nice, or, a way to automatically re-activate all sites using the license once the credit card issue is rectified.
